Teaching Assistant Program (T.A.P.) Mission:

To foster confident and trustworthy young leaders and teachers through instruction, mentoring, and direct classroom experience.

T.A.P. is intended for dancers who are passionate and enthusiastic about dance and have a desire to grow their leadership skills while working with children. 

T.A.P helps each student find the courage and confidence to lead amongst their peers and in other aspects of life. They are mentored on how to teach a class, how to handle different situations with children and learn child development. The Assistants start to really build a community with each other through the shared experiences in the classroom and leadership classes.
